CVNLive – Audio, Video, and Evidence Streaming

CVN captures trials live, and many are streamed over the internet to a desktop or laptop, so subscribers can access trial footage remotely from anywhere. Live trial video is accompanied by digital evidence presented in the courtroom, creating an extremely efficient way to track trials without having to be at court. In jurisdictions where video is not allowed, but audio recording and streaming is, CVN will stream audio only, and in some situations will be allowed to stream the digital exhibits as well.

Live trial video gives litigation teams an innovative way to create shadow juries, while adding a new dimension to the trial planning done by consultants and additional attorneys. Most current cases are provided as a bundle of live and on-demand for the duration of the trial. By ordering such a bundle 48 hours or more before the start of trial users can get the maximum discount. To order bundles online for current cases click the “Purchase” option next to the trial description. If you are not sure what you want, or you would like to order something other than a complete trial bundle, you can contact our sales team at 1-877-834-8627.

Search or Browse on the left to find the case proceeding you would like to purchase.
*NOTE: There are no unlimited plans for Current Cases, only pay per proceeding or day.

Services

DVDs and DVD-ROMs

CVN provides their footage in DVD format or as a DVD-ROM (unlike a DVD that plays in a standalone DVD player, DVD-ROMs are played only on a computer, allowing viewing within the CVN Player, which shows digital exhibits where captured). Other file formats can be requested at additional cost.

CVN is also able to create a range of custom products by expertly splicing footage from various trials. As a result, diverse video products are specific to particular legal topics, practice areas, industries, and expert witnesses. The CVN team also develops packages that highlight trial tactics used by top litigators and expert witnesses. Post-production editing is also available, to meet the precise needs of clients seeking specific trial content such as expert witness testimony, opening statements, closing arguments, exhibits presented in court – for purposes of research and education.
