Summary

In this automotive negligence litigation proceeding, plaintiff Helen Salsbury alleged Griffin Road 345 Property Home Owner’s Association of negligence by failing to stop dirt and ATV bikers from racing through the property even after having prior knowledge regarding it, due to which two teenagers riding an ATV ran over the plaintiff and caused her serious injury. The plaintiff suffered fractures on both legs and was flown via helicopter to a hospital for emergency surgery.

According to the plaintiff, Dr. Salisbury suffered permanent injury to her legs and back, as well as permanent nerve damage.

According to the defense, Dr. Salisbury had recovered both medically and vocationally without chronic problems.

The plaintiff was represented by attorney Crane Johnstone. The defendant in this case, Griffin Road 345 Property Home Owner's Association was represented by attorney John Hoffman.

The case settled before closing arguments.
